Boating is not as easy as it looks. Every year, US coast guards compile all the reported boating accidents, from the fifty states, five U.S. territories and the District of Columbia. These are derived from accident reports that are filed by the owners / operators of recreational vessels involved in accidents. The top five primary accidents include collision with another vessel, collision with fixed object, skier mishap, falls overboard and capsizing. And the most known factor why these things happen is because the operator is lacking in attention.

The Arizona Game and Fish, offers Boating Education that has been approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators’ (NASBLA). The course includes instruction on general nautical information, different boat types, knot tying, anchoring, waste and oil disposal, risk management, weather emergencies, registration requirements, boating laws and regulations, equipment requirements, navigation rules, aids to navigation (buoys), boating accidents, Operating Under the Influence (OUI), trailering, and more.

It’s been quite a while since the release of Wordpress 2.6 and many were happy about the changes from it’s early version. While ago one of my blog that has a wordpress 2.3 installed was replaced by a newer version (wordpress 2.6) The latest release was awesome and even have nicer feature than the old version.

My mother will be leaving next week and will fly back to America. She stayed for 3 months vacation in our country and meets some of our relatives that she never seen for quite some time. My mother will be flying in California on Monday and will arrive in California by Tuesday. It’s been 3 months since the latest PR update and recently another PR update has occurred. The previous PR update happen on the month of April 29, 2008 as we all know PR update take place every 3-4 months and good thing I was prepared for recent PR update. During my high school day, I used to have may acne around my face sometimes they get into my neck. As a computer user, we can’t guarantee the safety of our files. In my case I had a terrible and unforgettable experience in my past. I was a college student that time and working on my thesis. I made almost 80% of my thesis when suddenly without letting me know my friend accidentally insert her diskette contaminated with computer virus.
